This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The Asphalt Roadway and Driveway Seal Coat Project will take place from April 2 to July 10, 2025. During this time, asphalt repairs, reconstruction, and seal coating will be conducted in phases, which may impact parking and vehicle access.

- Seal Coating: May 19 – July 10, 2025 (in 8 phases)
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary Parking: Available in designated areas (refer to posted notices)
- Vehicle Removal: Must be moved by 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays to avoid towing at the owner’s expense
Noise, dust, and temporary access restrictions may occur. Mail and non-essential deliveries may be delayed on affected dates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance project.
