Guests are welcome to engage in a variety of lake activities including fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, and tubing. While we provide a paddle boat and 2 kayaks with safety vests, as well as fishing rods, please note that equipment for jet skiing and tubing is not provided. We encourage guests to bring their own gear to fully enjoy these exhilarating water sports. Additionally, there is access to a boat ramp for those who wish to bring their own boats to enhance their lake experience.

Here, residents can enjoy friendly competition on lighted tennis and basketball courts. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, or gather with friends and family at the clubhouse. Looking for some outdoor fun? The playground keeps the little ones entertained, while volleyball and baseball/softball fields provide opportunities for team sports. ***Community Respect Policy***
Please respect the peaceful environment in this community by avoiding DJs, loud music, and large parties. A $250 fee may apply for each violation. Also, kindly refrain from entering neighboring docks or properties. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

***Pet Policy***
We understand that your furry friends are an important part of your family, and we want to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both you and your pets.
Please review our pet policy below:
1. **Types of Pets Allowed**: We welcome well-behaved Dogs. No CATS.
2. **Number of Pets**: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation.
3. **Pet Fees**: A non-refundable pet fee of $150/ night per pet (1 pet only) and $200/night per pet (if 2 pets) will be charged to cover additional cleaning expenses.
4. **Size and Breed Restrictions**: While we do not impose specific size or breed restrictions, we ask that you consider the size of our property and whether it will comfortably accommodate your pet. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
5. **Behavior and Etiquette**: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges.
6. **Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate.

• **Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience.
