Cool Breeze Retreat is a 1970's colourful style bungalow that has been delightfully renovated adding two new bathrooms, new appliances and central air/heat. Much of the unique and fun decor remains vintage/retro. The home is situated between Houston and Galveston in the quiet town of San Leon, TX offering easy access to both cities while providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Cool Breeze Retreat features two spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and large dining and living area making it the perfect space for small groups or families.
You'll love the spectacular sunset and Dickinson bay view from our spacious deck. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the pelicans glide by or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening.
