Harris and Mirela were wonderful Hosts. Their unit was in a great location with easy access to the pool and beach. It had plenty of room and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked, making it easy to eat in. The unit also has plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Check in/out was very easy. Having a parking spot was wonderful since we drove. This was a great unit and Mirela was wonderful answering any questions that we had. Great Stay!

Everyone that worked and lived at Sea Air were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed watching all the yachts on the inner coastal water way. We will definately return next year!!

Great location in the sunshine!

Loved being close to the Hollywood Broadwalk. Very nice pool. Condo was nicely furnished and very clean. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Would recommend this location for a family get-away.

Very nice place

Hello, I spent 16 weeks in the condo (2022-2023). I was very satisfied with the services and the condo. It is large and very practical with a parking lot inside. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. The noise coming from the diplomat hotel is not a problem because we are on 16 floors and also a very nice balcony. Nice pool and beach. I had some small adjustments to make. Mirela responded very quickly. I recommend it to everyone. I will surely go back there. Georges

A wonderful stay at Mirela and Haris' apartment

Our 75-day stay at Mirela and Haris’ apartment in Hollywood, FL, was an absolute pleasure. From the start, their warm and efficient communication made everything seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness, making us feel truly at home. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we could need, including abundant towels, linens, and kitchen essentials. Thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and even beach tennis rackets were such a nice touch. Every detail was considered to make our stay enjoyable. The location was unbeatable—right by the beach! Morning runs on the shore followed by a swim in the ocean were highlights of our days. The pool downstairs was fantastic, and the game room added even more fun for our family. The apartment was also close to Publix, Walmart, and the Hollywood Broadwalk, with Aventura Mall just a short drive away. Everything we needed was within easy reach. The hosts and their manager were incredibly attentive, promptly addressing any request with care and kindness. Their hospitality truly stood out. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing, and the apartment exceeded all our expectations. We are so grateful to Mirela and Haris for their thoughtful hosting and would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone visiting Hollywood, FL! It’s a perfect spot for a memorable getaway.

Appartment 1617 Hallentale Beach

Es hat eigentlich scho alles schön sein können,aber es gab keinen Pool,denn dieser war nur eine einzige Baustelle. Der angebliche Sonnenschirm war am Rohr kaputt. Der Wasserablauf beider Badwaschbecken ist nicht abgelaufen.Baulärm den ganzen Tag. Staubsauger saugte nichts auf.Kleiderschrank war nicht zu öffnen. Bauarbeiter liesen uns nicht auf den Balkon,obwohl sie viel weiter unten gearbeitet haben. Whirlpool war auch nicht zu benützen,da auch leer. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war nicht mit Meerblick,außer man beugte sich lebensgefährlich über die Balkonbrüstung. Gegenüber vom Balkon war das Flachdach vom Nebengebäude mit den ganzen Klimaanlagen mit lärmenden Belüftungen. Bei diesem Nebengebäude ist ein großes Unternehmen,welche die gesamte Woche von ca. 6.30-19.00 Uhr von Sattelschleppern angefahren wurde. Beim Rückwärtsfahren ertönte immer ein sehr lautes Warnsignal.Kurz darauf kam immer wieder ein LKW. Der Pool ist laut dortiges Personal seit 8 Monaten gesperrt. inkl.Lärm und Staub. Als Alternative wird uns ein anderer Pool gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite angeboten. Umziehmöglichkeit nur in der Toilette möglich. Ich weiß auch nicht,ob wir die Kaution noch bekommen.

This is a very nice condo, right on the beach. Very clean and spacious and equipped with everything. In reality it is better than the photos. Very nice area with everything close by. We stayed for a month and enjoyed our stay so much. Communication with the host was easy and they respond promptly. It was perfect and we highly recommend and look forward for our next stay.

Right on the beach

The location of this property is wonderful. It is right on the beach with easy access from the building right onto the sand. The building is a bit dated but it was clean, safe, and perfectly serviceable. The unit is much larger than it appears in photos which was great, and it was spotless. The kitchen is fully updated and the entire apartment is in great condition. Having parking was very convenient. Hosts were very responsive and we would absolutely return!

Perfect Experience

Greatly enjoyed two months at this spacious condo. We've already booked another stay for later this year. Terrific, well managed building with a gigantic outdoor pool area, including easy access to the beach. Very nice, well equipped gymnasium with windows facing the ocean. Excellent security, convenient parking on the property, concierge in the lobby to handle deliveries etc. The condo is comfortably furnished, with all appliances up to date in and in good working order. The large terrace, with good quality chairs and a sturdy table, was our favorite place to eat meals. Super convenient area to stay. Close to everything. Lots of good restaurants. Mirela was an excellent host. Always responded promptly to inquiries. I highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend this retreat! Everything you need to make your stay memorable is available in the comforts of your rental as well as the surrounding area. Many restaurants, casino, salons, groceries, boardwalk, beach and pool. To many attractions to list. Our hosts were available promptly with any questions or concerns you may have; from your selection of the property, check-in, your stay and departure they made everything very seamless. Hollywood excellence

We stayed for 3 months. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with plenty pots pans and dishes for all our cooking needs. The beach was excellent as well as the pool area. The broadwalk was about 1 mile away and there were lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Mirela and Haris responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definately recommend this condo and location.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo unit

We spent a month in this wonderful condo. This unit is right on the beach. The unit has nice furniture and also beach chairs and umbrella. The unit was very clean. There are so many things to do in the area. We liked going to Aventura Mall and Gulf stream restaurants and casino which is actually walking distance. Short driving distance to South Beach and Ft Lauderdale. Hope to come back next year. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond.

Loved it!!!

This was one of the best vacations we took as a family. We stayed a month at this condo. The condo is nicely furnished and decorated. We found everything we need including beach chairs. The location is superb, on the beach, right next to Westin Diplomat Resort. There are many things to do in Hollywood and surrounding areas. Our favorite was Los Olos Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale (short drive) and also Gulf Stream Casino and race track.which is just 5 minutes away. Interesting, just across the street there is a water taxi that take you all over Hollywood and Ft Lauderdale. Strongly recommended. We hope to come back next year but the place has already been booked . :(

Superb unit

My entire family had a great time staying at this condo. The unit is very clean with nice furniture. There is Roku with free Netflix. so our kids enjoyed watching movies. The unit is right on the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. There is so much to do here in Hollywood, South Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. I will definitely come back for more fun.

Well maintained, great amenities

We've stayed at this property 3 years now. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating. The unit is neat, clean and modern. It's perfect for families, with the beach and pool at your fingertips. Easy access to shops and restaraunts nearby. Park within walking distance. Plenty of space for my family of 5 to have a restful and fun vacation. Would definitely return.

We spent month of December and we had great time. The condo was very clean comfortable and centrally located to great restaurants shopping and a water taxi that goes along intracoastal. The condo is spacious place with 2 very nice bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. The building has a pool and beach access. I attended a conference at The Diplomat hotel which is 50 yards away so it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Spent a month in this lovely condo..we were 4 adults...and enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated lots of immenities. Would recommend highly.

Loved this condo

This is a beautiful condo unit right on the beach. I loved its modern furniture and beautiful kitchen. The owners are very responsible and nice. Our two kids enjoyed easy access to pool and the beach. The access to Miami and Ft Lauredale is easy.

Exceptional condo unit right on the beautiful beach!!!!

We just enjoyed a wonderful month at this condo. The owner was very kind and accommodating. She was always quick to reply with any questions we had. The condo itself was super clean and inviting. It is beautifully furnished with modern furniture. The kitchen appeared well stocked. There is everything you need within walking distance: Shopping, dining, all very close. The beach/pool are just downstairs. The views at sunrise are breathtaking! We would definitely return.

Superb unit!!!

The unit is well-maintained, clean, modern. There is free internet including free NETFLIX. The beach is beautiful and is just downstairs. There is a large pool as well. The unit is right next to the Westin Diplomat resort. I will definitely come back.
