The Coastal Casita Amelia Island features two stories, with a cozy master bedroom and luxury bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower downstairs. Upstairs, there are two spacious guest rooms one with a queen bed and a single pull out trundle bed and the other with a queen bed and a small pull out toddler bed. All bedrooms have en suite luxury bathrooms.

Enjoy a large dining area with table space for the whole family, or dine at the kitchen's bar and enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans and everything you might need to enjoy cooking delicious meals, etc..

By way of a little extra treat, this home also comes with five complementary bikes for exploring the quaint neighborhood. A golf cart is also available for guest use; however, a signed waiver is required and a $50 per-stay fee applies for use of the golf cart. Bring your own kayaks or rent a boat and you'll find a spot to launch from not too far away, and there's a park and the site of a historic fort just down the street – a great place to watch the sunset or climb down the embankment to the little beach. And after you've spent the day exploring the great outdoors, come home to fire up the electric Traeger grill for a fun family barbecue.

More interested in quiet time or a little romance? Spend days enjoying the great outdoors with a quiet walk or bike ride along the river, right here in our tranquil and friendly Old town neighborhood. Then snuggle up in front of the living room fireplace in the evening with a 70 inch smart tv.

Rest assured that your stay will be serene, satisfying, and safe. We take extra precautions to offer you the freedom to kick up your feet, in total privacy. All communications with the owners can be safely and conveniently managed via phone or text message. We will respect your safety and health by offering facilities that are sparkling clean and well maintained. In addition, the house will be thoroughly sanitized, before and after your stay.
