My spacious 3 bedroom is right in the middle of the NYC action! Just ten minutes away from Times Square! My apartment's location is really amazing for anyone visiting NYC. About ten minutes walk from Penn Station, Javits Center, MSG, Herald Square, Macy's, High Line Park, Bryant Park, Empire State Building, Chelsea, Theatre District, Hudson Yards, plus tons of art galleries, bars and restaurants.

We had the best stay in this 3BR apartment. The communication with the host was top notch. The location was great. Super convenient to Times Square. Lots of things to do and see nearby. And the space was perfect for a family. We would definitely stay again.

Booked this place after our first VRBO cancelled with less than 48 hours before the trip started. The location was easy for walking to the subway and to many tourist sites. There was a hiccup at check in but Victoria was very communicative throughout or stay. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for us to stretch out.

Really cute and love that everything is so close by and walking distance. Our favorite part was the deli next door and also make sure to check out the Italian restaurant 2 lights away it was amazing

Excellent communication. Cannot beat the location. This is NYC so we managed our expectation, for eg the noise from street, how the building looked. We had issue with hot water which they tried to fix. Small issue with figuring out how to work the keys but not enough to prevent us to give this place 5/5 ratings. Thank you for your hospitality.

Classic NYC apartment experience! It was not the most up to date or modern, but it was perfect. Only 4 blocks from the subway and within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants, the location is perfect! Size wise, it was perfect for our family of 6. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Best location

Right in the heart of downtown Manhattan. All the best spots within walking distance. Great food down stairs at the deli. Awesome coffee only a block away. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved that everyone had there own room. Great communication from host. Can't wait to come back and will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 recommend.

I have never said anything about a place that I have stayed in, but unfortunately, this was a disastrous situation. The place itself was fine however we had no hot water the entire time and communicated to our host this information within the first few minutes of arriving, but it was never fixed in the three evenings that we stayed so four women had to take cold showers the entire time. I am very disappointed and at this point I have not been offered any refund or remedy to the situation.

Location Location Location

This is a perfect midtown location if you are looking to explore Manhattan and be in the heart of the action. If you value having three bedrooms as well as the conveniences of appartment living (laundry, kitchen, etc.) you can not go wrong with this property. This is real downtown NY living in a 3rd floor walk-up, so just keep in mind that this is not a hotel with a fancy lobby, elevators and modern finishes, but it does let you explore the city and see the sites without having to first get INTO town and then back out again when your day is done. I enjoyed having my whole family in the same space instead of spread accross mutliple hotel rooms. If you are not afraid to live like a local and really spend your time in the city (especially mid-town) this could be a great choice for you. Host had great communication and was easy to work with.

Buena ubicación. Correcto pero mejorable.

La ubicación del apartamento estaba muy bien en cuanto a cercanía a los sitios de interés, bares y restaurantes. La calle bastante ruidosa pero se podía dormir. Las camas muy cómodas, toallas de buena calidad, y el apartamento amplio para los cinco que éramos. Pero había cosas que mejorar: el apartamento estaba un poco descuidado (polvo, faltaban vasos, la bañera está hecha polvo y muy antigua, y la habitación al lado de la cocina tenía la máquina de calefacción en la misma habitación y hacía muchísimo ruido por las noches). También la cerradura de la puerta principal necesita que se cambie por falta de seguridad. En general, evaluacion positiva pero la calidad-precio bastante mejorable.
