After a day at the beach, gather in the open living room and kitchenâfilled with natural light and Gulf views. The spacious kitchen features ample counter space for meals and snacks, while the comfortable living area invites movie nights on the 55-inch TV or relaxed evenings enjoying the view.
Flexible Sleeping for Groups
-This layout is ideal for larger groups who want comfort without crowding:
-Primary bedroom: King bed, private bathroom, and balcony access
-Second bedroom: King bed plus twin bunk beds with a private bathroomâperfect for parents and kids
-Additional sleeping area: Queen bed with nearby half bath
-Sleeps up to 10 guests (best suited for 8 adults).
-Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

-Resort Fee: A resort fee (not including in your booking fee) is required for guests at Shores of Panama. The fee is $98.00 per unit and is good for the length of your stay. The fee includes 2 assigned parking passes and wristbands for access to the resort facilities. All vehicles must display the parking pass to avoid ticketing. Pre-registration for parking will be sent in the Welcome Guide, 3 days before arrival.
-Parking Garage clearance is 6 ft 7in. The parking garage does not hold oversized vehicles other than the first floor. These spots are first come first serve and cannot be reserved at any time. Most oversized vehicles and additional vehicles have to park in the overflow parking lot about 1/2 mile from the resort.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in.
