A Tiny Home in Trapper Creek, AK

We are in the heart of Trapper Creek, AK, and are less than 1/2 mile from groomed snowmachine trails with your choice to ride south or head north on the Curry Ridge trail system. These trails all connect and provide access to Petersville foothills for world-class snowmachine adventures. In the summer ATV trails are at the end of Susitna River Road have unlimited trails down old logging trails or follow the river slue to the main Susitna River channel.
1. No Unauthorized Extra Guests: Unauthorized guests pose a risk of breach of trust and a liability risk. Additional guests beyond the reservation are not allowed.
2. No Large Unauthorized Gatherings: Gatherings beyond the booked guests will need approval from the owners before entering the premises. If approved an additional charge will be imposed on any additional gatherings per the following example.
Example: Additional guests parking motorhomes, campers, tents, or enclosed trailers will be charged to the guest an additional $50 per unit per night.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the premises and will be charged an additional $200.00 cleaning fee. However, smoking is allowed outside the building with an approved dispenser provided to extinguish cigarettes.
4. No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
