Overall, this is a nice property. It was in a great location that was close to downtown in a cute neighborhood. It is definitely a small older house but the rooms are designed very beautifully. Since there were 5 of us we would have preferred a little more seating.

Fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated home. Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The first few nights of our stay were during a heatwave, but the house was nice and cool when we walked in. The upstairs suite was a bit warm in the afternoons but cooled down in the evening with the help of the additional air conditioning unit. We all slept comfortably. My teens loved the extremely fast internet connection. We will definitely book again in the future if this house is available the dates we visit family in Fort Wayne.

Home away from home

This rental provided everything we needed. The host was exceptional in communicating with us, especially considering our last minute booking arrangements. We will definitely stay here in the future if we are in Fort Wayne

Great Location

The house is very close to the Childrens Zoo, Science Central, Art Museum and Coney Island. Easy to get around Northwest Ft. Wayne. With unconscionably hot weather, the house was still relatively comfortable, air conditioners working overtime. The upstairs has the most remodeling, and has a large bedroom with both the King bed and a single, while there are two bedrooms on the main level, so you should take note that while there are beds for 5, there are only "really" 3 bedrooms. This is an older house with lots of charm.

Perfect location in Fort Wayne

This home is beautiful and cozy. We didn't end up having as many stay as we originally thought, so we only used the King and twin beds upstairs. It was perfect for the three of us. We were in town for the my son's youth bowling.

The house was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. The street is narrow due to cars parked on both sides. The patio area was a nice place to unwind after a busy weekend. Upstairs was spacious, although the ceilings slope and my tall.family kept bumping their heads. We liked the option of a king bed and a twin upstairs. The downstairs beds and bath were fine. Maybe think about putting a tundle or bunks in one of the rooms downstairs to accommodate non couples/other family members or friends. All in all, it was a nice place for our stay, close to the colisium and Johnny Appleseed Park for festival goers.

adorable stylish house

Kathy's property is comfy, cozy and beautifully designed and maintained. We were in Fort Wayne for Easter with my son who attends CTSFW. This house served our needs perfectly. We wanted a quiet neighborhood where we could spend time together as a family and make an Easter meal together. This house was perfect for that. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was the perfect size for us and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to prepare a very nice meal without any difficulty. Kathy was so helpful and prompt to respond to my questions both before and during our stay. All in all a wonderful experience.

Nice downtown place - GREAT KITCHEN

For a vrbo rental, this place has an amazing kitchen. Plenty of pots & pans and place settings, multiple cooking staples were on hand (salt, pepper, flour, oil, ice), and plenty of coffee (both K-cups and drip). We especially appreciated having more than just the starter quantities of paper products (TP, Paper towels). The location is conveniently located to downtown. Driveway is tight but has plenty of parking space. There were a few minor "punch-list" items from the recent renovation that I pointed out to the owner - hopefully those get tightened up soon. The only real miss -- there's a large basement space with nothing in it. That would have been a perfect place for a pool or ping-pong table and a second seating area.

Super cute house

We came celebrating our son’s college graduation and had many family members along with us and our dog. This house was super cute with many design details that just all fit together so well. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, check in and out was very easy compared to most houses on VRBO. Will definitely come back if the need arises.
