This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $400 per week. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS OF ANY KIND! IF YOUR OR YOUR GUESTS ARE CAUGHT WITH DRUGS, YOUR ENTIRE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

**Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.

Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes.
