The space
Everything exactly like the pictures -- a Two-story home, ground floor, and first floor. On the ground floor, you will have 2 full bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, a suite-like room, with a full private bathroom.

Additionally, there is a spacious dining area with a table that can seat up to 12 people. The living room area with several sofas and single lounge sofas, two of which work as single beds, with a fireplace and a support table that seat up to 6 people. 12 + (some foldable) chairs and benches in the living area. Two separate kitchens. One complete full kitchen (dishwasher and laundry washing machine) and a second one at the foyer that gives access to the first-floor stairwell. Both with stove, oven, fridge, sink, and countertops.

On the second floor, you will have 3 separate rooms all of them with private full bathrooms. One of these rooms has two twin beds (single beds that can make a Queen when together) totalizing 4 twin beds, second and third rooms have queen-size beds. The first floor has access to a magnificent terrace where you can hang out with your friends and family with views over the countryside and mountains.

Outside, all the surrounding areas are also for your entertainment, and these include, a swimming pool, chairs, tables, grill and barbecue, gardens, clothing hanging areas for towels and your laundry, and also an outdoor shower. Wonderful night lighting and an extendable sunshade for the day….

The neighborhood is very quiet with just a few houses in the vicinity. You will be able to enjoy privacy, and silence, and listen to the waves. Even during the high season months of summer. Since there aren't many houses, the location keeps its tranquility.

The WIFI is amazing, perfect for remote work! The WIFI is provided by Starlink satellite with speeds around 300-350+ Mbps Download / 50-60 Mbps Upload.

This gorgeous house is located approx. 5 miles drive (10-15 min) to the closest town with supermarkets, grocery stores, farmers' markets with fresh fish, and all the other local shops you may think of, including services such as banks, ATMs, or pharmacies. Also, within a minute's drive from several great restaurants, with local specialties, Portuguese and international cuisine, and surely the best fish and seafood in the world! -- and pastries, of course!

The whole house, ground floor and first floor, including surroundings, gardens and swimming pool: all access!!!
No access to the garage/basement: storage and maintenance facilities - including swimming pool machinery.

- Make sure to select the correct number of guests in your reservation. The number of people staying must be accurate and no additional guests are allowed unless previously agreed with the host;
- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house, of any kind, including electronic cigarettes and variants. You are welcome to smoke anywhere, whichever, but outdoors. :)
- No Unreasonable Partying Inside the House! Sorry... Hashtag #NOPARTIES
- The reservation you made authorizes access to the house only to the people listed in the reservation. You are permitted to invite friends/guests over to visit, but never large groups of people;
- We expect our guests to respect night time with quiet hours starting at 12 PM until 7 AM;
- Respect surrounding nature and other close-by homes!
- Children and infants are welcome but please bring your own amenities (we have a few things such as babies cribs and chairs, ask ahead for availability) & we consider infants below 2 years old as a guest. If that is your situation please select the infant as children so that it counts for pricing matters.
- We do our best to make sure you have a wonderful stay, never forget that and let us know if you need any help during your stay. We will certainly do our best to assist you!

NOTE: If any of these rules are repeatedly broken, and we are notified, the guests will be invited to leave immediately. The fact that you violate your host house rules, signifies that you are breaking the contract you established at the moment you confirmed your reservation.
