- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will

- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best
rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
- Please note that construction work is going on in B2 and B3 and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
