Our cabin is a beautiful, cypress wood cabin , with an open concept kitchen/living area with a warm and lovely fireplace, a front porch made for rocking and surrounded by woods/deer and a completely quiet getaway. The cabin is about halfway between Montgomery and Troy so stores and restaurants are about 20-30 minutes away. The best part of staying in the cabin is being in the woods, seeing the night stars, and enjoying the quietness of country living. An occasional moo from the nearby cows may be the only sounds you hear. Our favorite restaurant is Red's Little School House which is nearby. They have a delicious buffet with country style vegetables, fried chicken and cornbread that melts in your mouth. It's a must go to. Our family members live on the property but not within view of your cabin and you may never see any of them. The property has been in our family for several generations and we are happy to share this peaceful cabin with anyone who would like to enjoy our little peace of tranquility.
