We have renovated this classic 1950 duplex style cottage -
this listing features the 2BR East Unit complete with a new kitchen, beautiful bath with walk-in tiled shower, spacious dining and living rooms, and Best of all - an old fashion front porch to enjoy the island breeze and views of the beach.
We have been renting island cottages all on this same street for almost 25 years! Details of them all are listed down below.
The West side of the cottage is a 1 BR unit that can be rented separately or combined with the East Unit.

Bike the trails along the beach. Enjoy the gorgeous parks. Stroll the trails of the mangrove preserves.
