We’re glad to hear the location was convenient for LMU’s graduation—our proximity to the campus is one of the things many guests appreciate. We’re also happy you enjoyed the remodeled bathroom. As noted in our listing and shown clearly in the photos, this is an older home with vintage charm. While it may not have all the modern updates of newer builds, it is priced accordingly—offering great value for a full 2-bedroom home in a highly desirable area where more recently renovated properties tend to be significantly more expensive. We’d like to clarify that everything in the home is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Both mattresses are fairly new and have received positive feedback from other guests, though we understand comfort can be subjective. The second bedroom features a full-size frame with solid bamboo slats—not a pull-out couch—so we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations.
