As you arrive, you'll immediately notice the ample outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Whether you prefer lounging by the pool, dining al fresco at the outdoor dining area, or engaging in a friendly game of foosball, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Inside, you'll find a spacious and comfortable living area, where you can unwind after a day of beach adventures. Stay connected with high-speed wifi, or simply relax in the screened-in porch, equipped with a fan and a cozy couch.

The fully stocked kitchen provides all the amenities and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Dine indoors or take advantage of the outdoor dining area for a unique and enjoyable culinary experience.

This home boasts three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families or larger groups, with a queen bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and an additional twin trundle bed. Additionally, there is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo for shared use.

For extra flexibility, a pull-out couch is available in the living room, offering additional sleeping space.

We also understand that pets are an important part of your family, which is why we are a pet-friendly property. You are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog along with you for a small additional fee of $125 per stay. Please ensure that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after them to maintain the cleanliness of our property.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
