Spacious Willamette Wine Country Manor + Hot Tub

Our house is a beautiful historic Spanish revival home located in the center of Willamette Valley and is the only historic Spanish home in the city surrounded by the historic Mill Creek canals along a canopy of Linden trees. It is the most tree covered street in all of salem and is very fragrant from the Linden tree flowers from Spring to mid Summer.

We are 1 mile from the downtown area, the capitol, and Willamette University; 10 minutes from wineries, and 20 minutes from Silver Falls.

The house is 3600 ft², and appointed luxuriously with Victorian farmhouse design and modern flare and amenities including a hot tub, new washer and dryer, two fireplaces, kitchen dining and a dining room with a mini bar, bluetooth shower fans that play music, smart TVs in every room, a games and a foosball table , stereo system, and fully appointed kitchen, and outside dining area. There is also a daybed and dog pen area for fido.

There is a large master bedroom with a soaking bath and shower, a large bedroom with half bath for the kids, and another queen size bedroom next to a full bathroom. All of the bathrooms are complete with plush towels and wash cloths, cosmetics including soaps, and shampoo, and Bluetooth fans in the full bathrooms that play music. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is a lot to do around the area from hiking over a dozen waterfalls, exploring natural hot springs, wine tasting, historical tours, ghost tours, visiting local breweries, and Kayaking down the Willamette and other nearby waterways.
