Located in historic Saint Andrews Bay this two bedroom condo is beautifully furnished in a bright and cheerful coastal vibe with everything you need to live, work, rest, entertain, relax and play. The community boasts ample covered parking, fast elevators, a heated pool, a gym, a gated security system, and walkability to the shops and restaurants of Saint Andrews Bay. Known for our world class fishing, St A Bay has awesome bars, restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, and live music just steps outside our gated community. Enjoy biking, kayaking, fishing, sailing, boating, or just chilling out. About a 25 minute drive to Tyndall Air Force Base and ten minutes from Bay Medical Center. High quality linens and kitchen items provided. King sized high quality mattress and linens provided. Queen sized sofa bed linens provided in the office/2nd bedroom. Quiet community. Sleep like a baby, listening to the waves. All electric. Included in rent: wifi cable water sewer. This is the perfect rental for a longer stay in Panama City. Minimum six month rental due to community rules. Sorry, no pets also due to community rules.
