House Rule:Booking confirms acceptance of rules. Guest agreement sent after booking. Must sign and verify ID to receive access info. Pets: Dogs only (max 2) with written approval. ESAs are treated as pets. Service animals must be disclosed. $40/dog/night. Deposit if 5+ nights.

Spacious newer multi-bedroom home where each room has a private bath—ideal for groups. Located in a mixed residential area with nearby pets and normal neighborhood activity. Hot tub available for an additional fee; please confirm before booking. Home is stocked with essentials but limited extras (towels, blankets, and cookware). Professionally cleaned and maintained between stays.

🔥 Grill & Hot Tub Fees
Grill: We do not provide a propane tank. If you wish to use the grill, please inform us 24 hours before check-in and pay a $150 fee. This covers the propane tank plus cleaning the grill before and after use.

Hot Tub: We will waive the hot tub fee for all bookings over $2000. For stays of two nights or less, the fee is $100; for stays longer than three nights, the fee is $150. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare it for your enjoyment.
