This is a lovely, quiet home with just about everything you might need for a long vacation stay. It's clear that the owners put a lot of thought into the house and garden, and we thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay. We've previously rented a couple of other VRBOs in the Santa Fe area — those were nice, but this was better. The garden is a real joy, with several choices of where to sit out depending on whether you want shade or sun. We filled up the bird bath when we arrived and were treated to a posse of Cedar Waxwings almost immediately. Viewing the ever-changing garden birds was a great treat. The location is convenient for access to shopping and sights if you have a car. It's also walkable to some services, including a nice 1.5 mile trail along the acequia to the railyard farmers market, but you do really need a car for most things. We worked (remotely) for part of our stay, which mostly went well, but the desk and chair shown in the office is no longer there, so you may need to improvise a set up that meets your needs.Altogether, we had a great time and we're looking forward to coming back.
