Unfortunately this guest did not read the label that is directly on the refrigerator and had the setting way to low which caused the food to freeze. This was told to her during her stay as well when she spoke to 2nd contact. She was also informed before check in that the resort charges a resort fee and that there is a kiosk to register your vehicle upon arrival and to pay for the fee. She did not have any issue doing this task, just didn't like the fact that she had to do it. She did not EVER call me. She called the 2nd contact listed, which is my daughter, who spoke to her numerous times and gave her my number to call as well. Guest NEVER reached out to me directly until after her stay. She admitted to me after her stay that she did not have any method to stay connected to the VRBO platform, only her cell phone with my daughter's number , not the app, not her email and not my contact info. Her biggest complaint was the owner had 2 locked owner cabinets. The guest had access to a closet as well as a 6 drawer dresser for a 3 day stay. Also, our property does not have a hot tub as she mentioned. We have what used to be a kiddie pool but they are repurposing this to be a fountain planter, which my daughter also explained to her. No where in my description to I mention having a hot tub. After further conversations with the guest about HER communication, or lack of, she then admitted she had "bad cell service" and was going to blame communication on me in her review. I have spoke to VRBO about getting this review removed based on my messages sent to her through the platform that were never responded to until AFTER her stay
