Let me
Say first, the FRONT DESK TEAM is amazing at Saltwater - Jolyn (sp?) & night manager (michelle?)
However, the Salt water maintenance/ inspection crew had not been to this condo recently to verify its cleanliness or safety code violations.
This unit is not up to Fire code ( see pic of electrical outlets & open fire sprinklers. )
The pots & pans were all RUSTED.
The floor had not been mopped and literally we tracked black soot all over our condo in the first hour.
A few floors had been replaced but the molding was never put back in place.
In the bathroom a 2 inch high screw was sticking straight up out of the toilet base.
Many of the cabinets were molded/ water damage.
Apparently the review on this unit from August did not prompt any attention from the owner or prompt an inspection by Salt water vacations.
We will not be back to this unit & probably not back to this location.
The property could use overall daily upkeep. I overheard some workers even commenting on this fact.
