A Dream Beach Vacation- Walk to the beach! The Little Rea House
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place just a short walk to all that Leucadia, Encinitas has to offer! A short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars will have you quickly falling in love with Leucadia. The studio is situated near beautiful parks, the San Diego Botanical Gardens, San Diego's oldest theater (La Paloma), and right down the street from one of the best farmers markets in San Diego.
This place has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in San Diego!
This is a small, bright studio with a queen Murphy bed. The kitchen table opens up to provide plenty of room.
All blankets are washed between stays.
The tv is set up with a variety of streaming services for your enjoyment.
The studio is up a flight of stairs and unfortunately, that is the only way to access it.
The studio is an ADU in a mixed residential and commercial neighborhood near the 101 and Vulcan Ave with kids and a train nearby, so expect outside noise. We provide a sound machine which blocks out all the sounds, so you’ll enjoy peaceful nights.
We offer various add-on options to help make your stay more fun and convenient.
1. Basic groceries available upon arrival. - price varies
2. Bike rentals- $50 per day
3. Beach accessory rentals: chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, toys- $25 per day
4. Dog walking/sitting- price varies
5. Early/late checkout and bag storage options.

Hi! We are a family of three who recently moved to Leucadia. from central San Diego. Brian is from the Midwest and a Veteran, while I was raised in San Diego and work with industrial pumping equipment. We have the most perfect toddler who spends her free time yelling "hi" to all dogs she sees, running around with her cousins, and riding her little cars around the neighborhood.
