This home has been newly renovated with new furniture, mattresses, etc and relaxing Naples chic decor & design makes it a perfect Naples get-away! Lots of outdoor living space to spread out and enjoy, & includes large back patio, front patio with swinging chairs and fire pit! 1 short Mile to 5th Ave too!

We pride ourselves in delivering you a clean and well cared for property with freshly cleaned linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub will also be maintained on a weekly basis to ensure cleanliness and a perfect regulated salt water system. The home also has a washer and dryer!

Great desirable East Naples/Old Naples location just a 5-8 minute car ride or 10-15 minute bike ride to 5th Ave and the pristine Naples Beaches! We are approx a mile away from 5th Ave and the Naples Beach’s! Convenient location, close to everything!

We also provide you with several beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and umbrella for you to use.

This is a quiet neighborhood and we do not allow parties. We can make special arrangements for groups with over 7 people so please contact us to inquire. We do have quiet hours from 10pm-9am to respect all of our neighbors around us.

Please note that there is an excessive hot tub cleaning fee of $400 that will be assessed at time of move out if the hot tub water needs to be drained for any reason during your stay. No glass in the hot tub please and no stainable chemicals, oils, lotions or any other substance that can stain the pool or contaminate the water. We ask that you help us take care of the spa so we can continue to offer it in the years to come!
