Welcome to Edgewater Retreat! This custom-built cottage features lakefront views and access to three beaches: secluded pocket beach in front of cottage, boaters beach with docks, and a full sun sandy bottom swim beach.

Enjoy an unforgettable Maine vacation. Paddlecraft on the water, lounge in the hammocks, S'mores by the campfire, canoe to nearby island for offshore yoga, and gril with friends & family. In winter, enjoy ice fishing and kids enjoy snow sledding on adjacent hill.

Edgewater Retreat is a beautiful 3 Bedroom (+ Loft), 2 Bath year round lakeside cottage on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine.

It boasts a secluded beach and community owned (not public) water frontage in the heart of Maine's Sebago Lakes Region.

The cottage is located about 30 mins from Portland and the Atlantic coastline. It is approximately an hour from Shawnee Peak, Mt. Abram, and Sunday River Ski areas, and about 40 minutes from Oxford Casino.

Beds: 2 queen, 1 Full futon, 5 Twin Beds. WiFi, high speed internet and cable. 100 foot path to the beach through tall pines. 2 Bedroom and Bath downstairs. 1 Bedroom, sleep loft, and bath upstairs. Full washer/dryer in the laundry area. Edgewater is a Nonsmoking and No Pet property.
A unique feature of Edgewater is our shared ownership of, and immediate adjacency to, 500 feet of sandy beach with gently sloping water entry.

You have full access to everything at Edgewater Retreat; Beach, boat dock, paddlecraft, hammocks, indoor sauna, and a gas grill. There is a small uninhabited island about 400 yards offshore that some guests paddle to for picnics and offshore yoga.

If you trailer your own boat, 18 foot or less, you may launch it on our beach (or the public launch across the lake) and secure it to our dock. There are no fueling stations on the lake, so be sure to top off prior to arrival and bring gas cans with you.

Edgewater is equipped with smoke and CO detectors for everyone's safety. It is absolutely critical that these be left in place and not tampered with. If a detector is beeping or otherwise malfunctioning, contact us right away so that it can be fixed or replaced. DO NOT under any circumstance unplug or otherwise disable these detectors.

THE SAUNA: Private, indoor, easily seats 4. Can seat 5-6. Finlandia radiant heat with loyly, s curve back rests, skylit, plush green robes, white noise machine, hinged bench folds up to create space for hot yoga. This custom built gem draws raves from sauna enthusiasts!



The cottage has an automatic generator in the event storms knock out the power, so you will always be comfortable.

Access is full to everything at EDGEWATER. Beach, boat dock, paddlecraft, hammocks, gas grill.
