Villa Bolsenda ist eine schöne Wohnung in einem faszinierenden zweistöckigen Landhaus, umgeben von Wald und 3,5 Hektar privater Grünfläche.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen, ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine große und neue Küche, ein großes Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer und zwei Abstellräume.

Schöne Innentemperatur, während der Sommermonate, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Schöne und große Veranda vor dem Garten. Ein externer Holzofen (mit viel Holz!)Ein Weber-Grill und ein privates Schwimmbad stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Villa Bolsenda liegt auf den ersten Hügeln des Apennin (507 Füße). Viele Waldtiere können im Garten gesichtet werden: Eichhörnchen, Rehe, Hasen, Igel, Fasane, etc ... Die Stille ist bemerkenswert.

Tranquillity, elegance and hospitality

Our hosts were welcoming, courteous and professional. Our three bedroom villa was exquisite. Upon arrival our host brought us homemade biscuits and eggs (they have chickens). During our stay, our hosts baked a cake for my wife's birthday. The house has a vast garden area. This is ideal for anyone seeking a quiet peaceful stay, For us, it was the height of our visit to Italy.

Villa Bolsenda

Villa Bolsenda was wonderful. We had some flight delays and arrived 5 hours later than expected and Rosa Maria and Vittorio had dinner for us, which was not expected but much appreciated. The house and location were perfect for us. It was a perfect home base for visiting Florence, Rome, Venice and Modena.

Authentic Italian Visit

One could not ask for more charming hosts than Rosa Maria and Vittorio Malaguti ! From the first hour, we felt at home! It was like country living but a mere three miles from Casalecchio de Reno or 8 miles to Bolgona. Our conversations with Vittorio was like a walk in times past and present of Italy. Quiet space surrounded us, nature embraced us and sunrise & sunsets were inspiring. Close to the train station took us wherever we wanted to go...Bolgona, Parma, Medona, Florence, etc. 18 days of Italian bliss for our fifth trip to Italy. Plenty of 'family space, spacious bedrooms, a large porch area to enjoy vino and meals outside, two large bathrooms.....the six of us were more than comfortable. It will be a family memory for years to come! Thank you Rosa Maria, Vittorio and Lorenza (our rental agent) for making our stay one for which will be reeling in our hearts form a long time to come. Stammi Bene!

Fabulous stay in striking distance if Bologna

We booked this house to share with our son and brother to attend a wedding in Bologna, We don’t usually book a house where the owners are on site but from previous reviews we were confident of both help and privacy. Both Vittorio and Rosa Maria were fabulous hosts from the booking process and throughout. When we realised that our motorhome wouldn’t fit through the gates of the property Vittorio very kindly arranged for us to park it on one of their neighbours land and also liaised withe the Dog Pensione for us which we needed for the night of the wedding. The house was very comfortable particularly the sitting room which had 5 sofas. If you like nature then there were Nightingales, Hoopoe, Cuckoo and Golden Oriole singing in the garden! Although close to Bologna the house was in the countryside and extremely private. When we left Rosa Maria gave us a pack of the most fabulous homemade freshly baked biscotti. Can’t finish without also mentioning the help we also received from Lorenzo who handled the booking. Highly recommend this property.

A MONTH IN PARADISE

I found Villa Bolsenda online over a year before I arrived. I had planned to stay a month to celebrate my 60th Birthday and throughout that year of planning, Lorenza was most helpful with any questions or concerns I had and even offered ideas on travel and transportation. When we arrived, we were greeted by our hosts Vittorio and Rosa Maria, who had prepared the house with fresh baked good, fruit, and food to get us though the evening and next morning. The house was the perfect Italian Country Villa, much better even than the photos. Location was perfect, quiet days and nights but close to the train station for a quick trip to Bologna where high speed trains or regional trains await to take you on day trips to Milan, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Rome, and more. I had visitors come each week and the house was made ready for my guests. Vittorio was a great source of information and even took time to tell us some great stories, offer great suggestions for our day trips, and even advise us of great restaurants nearby (his pizza spot recommendation was the best pizza we had on the trip (3 times)). Rosa Maria is an excellent cook and prepared some meals for us that were authentic and all home made, and there were always left overs which seemed to get better each time.. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, and could have easily stayed another month, but I will for sure return to Villa Bolsenda someday, there is always something new to find and explore in the region, and this place is great to call home while there.

Cordiality and sympathy are the salient features of the German guests who came to Villa Bolsenda on the occasion of the great international cosmetics fair: Cosmoprof. We are pleased with the success they had at the show, but we would have liked to offer them a more relaxing tourist stay. They have promised us that this will happen next time and we always welcome with enthusiasm guests like Andreas and Thorsten!

Großzügiges Haus in ruhigem Naturparadies, wunderbare Gastgeber

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts richtig zu Hause gefühlt! Es gab alles, was wir uns wünschen konnten, und sogar noch mehr: Der Garten ist ein richtiges Naturparadies, wir haben es sehr genossen, viel Zeit beim Pool zu verbringen, beim Rauschen des Bambus, Duft der wilden Minze und herrlichem Ausblick auf die umgebenden Hügel und auf San Luca. Vielen Dank unseren wunderbaren Gastgebern, die uns mit guten Tipps und vielfältiger Großzügigkeit richtig verwöhnt haben!

Cet hébergement a beaucoup de potentiel mais trop cher pour ce qui est offert

Le site de cet hébergement est très joli et en verdure, loin du village. Nous avons eu quelques déceptions avec cet hébergement qui a connu des jours meilleurs ainsi qu'avec le rapport qualité-prix. L'ameublement a vraiment besoin d'une mise à niveau surtout au niveau des chambres. Nous n'avons pas pu cuisiner autant qu'il nous aurait plu comme lors de d'autres voyages en raison d'un équipement de cuisine insuffisant. Par exemple, nous avons dû nous acheter une cafetière à espresso pour le séjour. Le chant matinal des oiseaux est enchanteur, mais les jappements de chiens dans les environs la nuit ont nuit au sommeil. Nous avons trouvé le prix excessif pour ce qu'on a eu par comparaison à d'autres expériences.L'hôte a cependant été très gentil et dévoué pour nous informer des choses à savoir et points d'intérêts.

Inoubliables vacances

Une magnifique propriété de caractère dont l’aménagement intérieur souligne l’authenticité, entourée d’un écrin d’arbres et de plantes d’une diversité étonnante. Des hôtes charmants, accueillants et cependant discrets. Une situation sur les collines de Casalecchio di Reno, un peu en retrait de l’agitation de la ville et surtout idéalement située pour rayonner dans toute la région de Parme, Modène à Ravenne en passant par Ferrare et bien sûr Bologne, les autoroutes sont toutes accessibles rapidement. bref, n’hésitez plus, cet endroit est magique ! Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de ces vacances et de l’atmosphère reposante que l’on retrouvait dans ce lieu après chaque journée de découverte de cette magnifique et riche région qu’est l’Emile Romagne. Merci à Vittorio et Rosa Maria pour tout.

Lovely house close to Bologna

Vittorio and Rosa Maria could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The fridge was stocked and a homemade cake was on the table! The house was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star rating is that there is no air conditioning and the mosquitos meant we couldn't leave all the windows open. Vittorio did arrange for repellent to be sprayed around the garden.

Great time with the family in a fantastic part of Italy

We were looking for a comfortable and well equipped property for 5 adults for a week long family break. We do not often have the chance to get away together and Villa Bolsenda fitted the bill perfectly for us all. It is comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. It was a pleasure to sit on the verandah with an early morning cup of tea and listen to the birds singing! We did a lot of sightseeing and the property was really convenient for getting into Bologna and also for access to the motorway system for trips to Ravenna, Ferrara, Modena and Mantua. When you come back it is to a haven of peacefulness, with the added benefit of the pool at the end of a hot day. It is very easy to get to the local supermarket and we also made use of a local pizzeria and restaurants. The property is half of the owners house, but there were no issues over privacy. The benefit is that someone is on hand in the event of any queries and a further upside were the fantastic cakes that greeted our arrival. Vittorio was helpful and informative and fortunately for us speaks excellent English as we would not have got far with our mangled Italian. All in all we had a great time in a fantastic part of Italy that is a bit off the main tourist route.

Italy at it's finest

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Vittorio is an amazing host, the house was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. He kindly walked me through a grocery shopping experience and I will say that was extremely helpful for this American. We stayed over a week and were able to do day trips to most of northern Italy's best areas and cities; Bologna, Florence, Cinque Terra and Venice for example. I've heard that many tourists visit Italy but never get to experience Italy. Please consider staying a week or more at Vila Bolsenda and see what Italian life and hospitality is really like. You won't be disappointed, it was a fantastic vacation for our family.

wunderschön!!

Wer einen Rückzugsort im Grünen sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen will, ist hier genau richtig: ein märchenhaft schöner und sehr gepflegter Garten sowie ein Swimmingpool und Liegen laden zum Chillen ein. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen und teils antiken Möbelstücken geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die insgesamt 2 Bäder in gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns dort mit Familienmitgliedern getroffen, die in der Emilia-Romagna, im Piemont und im Ausland leben, was aufgrund der Lage bestens möglich ist (nur wenige km von Bologna bzw. seinem Flughafen entfernt). Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung ist die Villa Bolsenda ebenfalls bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très satisfait !

Maison très propre, agréable, fonctionnelle, idéalement située près du parc des expositions de Bologne. Propriétaires extrêmement attentionnés et aux petits soins : frigo rempli et tarte maison nous attendaient à notre arrivée ! On s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et y retournerons sans hésiter. L'équipe AGRIEST.

My name is Lorenza and I take care of the online presence, the communication and the booking process of Villa Bolsenda and the other properties of the Accomodando circuit.
Villa Bolsenda is a fascinating two floors country house, divided in two flats completely independent. One is where my parents Rosa Maria and Vittorio live, the other is the one that we rent. For us the privacy of our guests is very important, so you won’t be disturbed at any time, while we’ll be available in case you’ll need help, indications or suggestions during your stay. At your arrival you’ll be welcomed, you'll receive the keys of the house, the remotes for the automatic gate and you’ll find a “welcome kit” of some handmade products (cake, biscuits and jam), basic products for breakfast, a selection of tea and coffee pads with an Italian espresso coffee machine, some beverages and some bottles of beer and wine, if you like to taste. The apartment and the beautiful garden with swimming pool will be at your esclusive disposal, there won't be any other guests during your stay.
We are looking forward to host you at Villa Bolsenda!
