Amazing Views and Amenities at Suncadia Resort!

Amazing 1 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of the Lodge at Suncadia, facing the mountainside of the building. This unit features a private bedroom separate from the living room and kitchen area. The bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a sitting area with a lounge chair and reading light, a work desk, and its cable TV. The living room area features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, cable TV, lounge chair, and dining room table with chairs. The kitchen includes a full-size range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, full-size dishwasher, and Keurig coffee machine. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower, glass enclosure, and a deep soak tub. There is a stackable washer and drying in the unit if needed.

Guests are welcome to unwind at the bar or lounge, while a mini-market is also available.

As guests of this unit you will be able to enjoy the Suncadia "owners experience" with check-in at the front desk, Access to destination resorts’ valet (for a fee), concierge, the Lodge Pool & Hot Tub/Spa, and the Resort Shuttle.

Guests can also warm up near the outdoor fireplace after a day of cycling.

**Please note – this property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, access to Nelson Farm Pool, IntraResort Shuttle Service, Complimentary S’mores, and other exclusive amenities and activities. Our family of four had a wonderful getaway long weekend. The view from the room and the location was excellent. Both the beds, the king in the bedroom and pullout bed, were nice and comfortable, we got lots of great sleep! We’d love to go back.

Amazing Views

Super location with great views over the river to the mountain range. Was super windy during our stay and the wind whistled through the sliding door. I overall we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, had a little bit of an odor though.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and owner had great communication. Has a weird odor and maybe it’s from the chemicals from cleaning. We opened the doors but lingered our whole stay. If you have a chemical sensitivity, you may have a hard time with it.

Mostly good! Beautiful space!

Our experience was mostly wonderful with one small glitch! Although our check in time was 4:00, when we arrived at 6:30 there was still a cleaning crew present. They were very apologetic and asked for 20 minutes. We set our bags down and went to the bar to have a drink. We were, however, attempting to make it to a wedding welcome party so that made us a little bit later. Other than that it was an incredible stay- beautiful space and property!

Beautiful property

We arrived a few hours early & hoped to get in the room early but the owner never responded to my request. Once we did get in, the room had a very pungent smell that we could not get rid of even with all the doors open. It was like a bad smell that the cleaning solutions couldn’t quite cover up. So we didn’t spend much time in the room but our weather was awesome so we enjoyed the outdoors. The smell did dissipate a bit with doors open all day & the room looked clean but we were thankful we could keep the doors open all weekend as the smell was strong again once the doors were shut. Other than that the place & location is really nice!

Hi Tammi, Sorry for the delay on this. The history shows that you inquired about an early arrival just an hour or two before the designated check-in time. I was out of town on my own vacation. You are welcome back anytime and we will be sure to give you early access if we don't have a guest leaving the same day. As for the smell, we've never experienced anything of the sort.
