This dramatic home Located inside THE HIDEOUT offers a unique layout
This dramatic home has so much to offer with rustic charm and a unique layout; it is the ideal escape for multi-generational gatherings with room for all. The open floor plan includes a central living area with dining for 6 plus an additional table that can extend seating to 10. It also includes a sitting area where you can sit and enjoy the ambiance of a pellet stove or play games on the large coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped including all you would need to cook up a meal to serve everyone. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. A stovetop, double oven, and microwave make this all happen. Stay in or go out, either way, it’s your choice. Walk out the large slider to find even more space. A great deck for lounging in the sun, complete with patio furniture, gas fireplace, and a full-size BBQ.
In addition to the open floorplan there is a separate den, fully furnished with 65” flat screen TV.
There are 2 master suites on either side of the main living space. One has a full-size bed and the other has a full size with a trundle bed. Both have their own private baths.
As you walk up the stairs you will notice the completely open wraparound area that includes additional entertainment. Fully equipped air hockey, vintage Ms. Pacman arcade with a 10 additional game option, bubble hockey game, and foosball. You can also escape to another sitting area with an oversized sectional and TV that has a Nintendo system with over 600 games. Both TVs have firesticks with Eternal TV (over 400 channels), Netflix, and Disney +.
There is a 3rd full bath upstairs. There is also an additional bedroom upstairs which has a double bed and trundle as well. There is also a bonus room on this level. Enjoy the feeling of camping inside.
All of this nestled in a gated community known as “The Hideout”. The amenities include lakes, beaches, pools, clubhouse with restaurant and pub, golf course, ski hill, tennis, indoor recreation complex with tennis/fitness center/arcade and more, basketball courts, ball fields, children's playground, miniature golf, walking trails, arts and crafts, a great recreation program including day camp for kids, campground, 24-hour security, gated access; (not to mention the seasonal lake-side Tiki bar.)
The Pocono Mountains' premier four-star community which is in the lake region of the Poconos. The Hideout boasts 2 beaches, 2 outdoor heated pools, 6 lakes, mini golf, a tiki bar, arcade, ski hill, snow tubing, ice skating, golf course, gourmet restaurant and pub, fitness center, hiking trails, pickleball, tennis, basketball court, playgrounds, and parks! You will also have access to all the amenities that the Hideout has to offer including the amenities listed above. The Hideout can close amenities at their discretion, and owners cannot be held responsible for this unforeseen circumstance. The community also has many activities coordinated whether it be arts and crafts, bingo, luaus, movie nights, etc.! Through a variety of offerings in Wayne County and surrounding areas, residents and visitors can enjoy and participate in an active and growing arts and cultural environment. Outside of the community: We are just ten minutes away from Lake Wallenpaupack where you can rent jet-skis, powerboats, and other types of watercrafts. Just a short drive from several major ski areas, including Montage Mountain, Elk Mountain, Shawnee, and Big Bear, where you can go skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. The home is conveniently located to many sleepaway camps. Other points of interest include concerts, minor league baseball games, museums, cultural centers, theaters, cinemas, spas, several golf courses, water parks (Kalahari and Aquatopia), malls, white-water rafting, Pocono outlet shopping at The Crossings, and historic sight-seeing tours. We offer discount coupons to these and many other special local Pocono Mountain activities and events, as well as provide event guides for local Poconos happenings. Seasonal: The best time to travel is all year round! December- March is the Winter Peak season May- September is the Summer Peak season September- November is Fall Foliage in the Poconos If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask! Guest are not allowed to bring their own boats. Boats must be registered with homeowners only. But do not despair - two kayaks, a paddle board and a floating mat come with the home for your enjoyment!
