I am the owner of this wonderful property and am now renting it out sometimes since I can't get up there as often as I would like. My primary home is on the Peninsula near Stanford University. I poured my heart and soul into totally remodeling (down to the studs, raised the ceilings, moved walls, etc.) and landscaping this house the past two years to suit our lifestyle. My recent college grad kids love to visit and bring friends too, especially during Bottle Rock. I entertain my own friends and family throughout the year at the house and take them wine tasting and experience all that Napa Valley has to offer.
We absolutely adore this home, it's a happy place! It's cheerful, spacious, and cozy inside, and outside there are multiple different spaces for hanging out, sunning, relaxing in the shade, etc. As huge sports fans, we enjoy watching sports and movies on the 85" big screen TV.
Our house is much more open, bright and updated than other houses in the area. It's truly special. And I created a large office through custom French doors off the kitchen for working from home or extra guest bedroom.
When we show up in Yountville we park our car in the garage and don't use it again. Everything is in walking distance! We enjoy running, biking , playing tennis & pickleball, golf, etc, and all of this is right outside our doorstep. I'm also a foodie so of course love all the delicious restaurants and wineries. We walk to Mini Model Bakery in the mornings for delicious fresh English muffins, grab croissants from Bouchon Bakery and groceries from Ranch Market. For lunch and dinner, there are too many restaurants to list.
Half of the garage is reserved for our personal items. We are open to longer term rentals too and can discuss the rate for that. This is a wonderful place to vacation, live, and/or work from home. I'm a real person so feel free to contact me to discuss and answer any questions.
