Nolibs Green Haven: Sleeps 12

Welcome to a one-of-a-kind sun-lit retreat in Northern Liberties! This gem sleeps 12, each room w/ central air/heat controls. Bring your pets along to Indulge in a BBQ heaven with a vast green lush yard! Walk to shops, dining, & concerts. Iconic historic sites in old city, concert & sports venues are easy to reach. Enjoy private parking & cook in a modern kitchen. There is handicapped access to a ground level bedroom making it perfect for all. Your unforgettable Philly escape starts right here!
No Parties, no smoking, no shoes, please strip beds and bring sheets to basement, please place trash in bags in driveway. Clean grill after use. Pet fee is billed at $50 per pet per trip. Any additional Guests who access the property at any time are billed at $20 per guest regardless of if they are staying the night or not. Altering or Tampering with outside security / video monitoring equipment will result in a $500 fee. Early check-in is $50/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours prior to the reservation. Late check out is $100/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours in advance. No glitter and/or confetti allowed. Cleaning fee is an additional $300 if evidence of such is found.
