The driveway is composed of gravel and accommodates standard vehicles, such as our Volkswagen Passat, with ease. Guests who are not accustomed to driving on gravel surfaces may wish to take this into consideration when booking.


Enjoy the open living area on the ground floor with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light bursting through large windows. It leads to the attractive upper loft overlooking the sitting room. Both levels offer relaxing and entertaining facilities, where you will ultimately lose track of time by playing with your family and friends.

We strongly recommend that you arrive by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer two free parking spots next to the cabin

Having offline Maps (process mentioned in the "Other Things to Note" category) will quickly drive around the area without getting lost.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate.
We recommend that you download an "offline map" in your G Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage.

To do this, it's easy:

1. Open the G Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.

On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download."
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download

Weather and Road Conditions

The roads to our cabin are not terribly mountainous however please check the weather forecast for snow or ice and prepare accordingly. The driveway up to our cabin is a stone driveway and provides some extra traction however if ice or snow is heavy then chains or 4x4 drive is recommended.

Travelers insurance is always recommended as well.
