"Rae of Sunshine"

Rae of Sunshine is waiting to welcome you for your perfect stay. Enjoy the sunset on the Canal, stunning sunrises on Town Neck Beach, and the renowned and newly renovated Sandwich Boardwalk...if you dare take a plunge at high tide.
We purchased Rae of Sunshine last summer, enjoying her so much that we would love to share her with you! She is a constant work in progress and we will update pictures as she evolves. We are currently installing a patio and outdoor shower that will be completed before April, pictures to follow.

Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee.
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out

Downstairs you will find Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a bedroom with 1 Queen. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a smaller bedroom with 1 Queen as well as a Full Bathroom with a walk in shower. New front loading washer and dryer are located in basement. **Coming in April: outdoor shower, patio, firepit and grill**

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. A ring doorbell is installed for security purposes.

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside our home. Smoking is permitted outside but please clean up after yourself.

Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime.

Visitors who are not registered as guests are welcome during the day, but cannot stay overnight without prior approval. We charge an additional $35 per person per night for any additional guest beyond 8 people.

In the case of violations of our house rules by our guests, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as:
*Charge extra fees for damages, cleaning, extra guest, etc.
*Report the violation to VRBO customer service.
*Cancel a reservation or asked to vacate property without a refund.

Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. We do provide mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.

You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book.. An ID must be furnished upon request.
