Apartment is one of four apartments in a fourplex. 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and there is a bunk bed that is full size on bottom and twin size on top. The living room has 1 full size leather couch, 1 matching loveseat, and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper converts into a full size bed. The living room TV is a 58” flatscreen Roku. Host has subscription to Netflix and Peacock, or you may use your own subscriptions for YouTube etc. Kitchen has all the basics you need oven, microwave, keurig, food ninja, spice rack, dining table for 3. The living room has lots of end tables, coffee table, and desk so it’s convenient to eat in living room or kitchen.

The back yard is a shared parking lot. There is a shared laundry room.
