Our property is privately owned and managed we take pride in ensuring our guest have access to 24/7 support with us directly, you won’t be dealing with a 800 number!

✹ Driving down in your RV? Don’t worry our long driveway can accommodate your RV.
✹ PETS: Up to two dogs are allowed in our villa with a maximum weight of 30lbs each. The fee for each dog is $100 per pet. Which is paid once reservation is confirmed.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the Smart lock on the front door
✹ Please respect the quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am.
✹ No parties allowed.
✹ For your peace of mind, the home is monitored by exterior security cameras 24/7
✹ Smoking and vaping is not permitted in our home. This home is equipped with smoke monitors to ensure the air stays clean.

✹ For Security all guest must be registered. Only guest allowed on the property are registered guest.

Booking Requirements: ✹ A government-issued ID (e.g., US License or Passport) and a selfie are needed at booking.
✹ Must be 25 or older to book
✹ Minors must be with their guardian or parent.

✹ We do not host local guests if you are from the Broward / Miami area please message us prior to booking.

Deposit Requirement
✹ A refundable deposit of $500 which is due before check-in. This is refunded within a week after checkout, provided there's no property damage.

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll guide you through the next steps of your reservation process via our Passbook. This intuitive and seamless platform is where you can conveniently manage additional details of your stay, including pet fees, deposits, or selecting damage coverage options. Additionally, you'll be prompted to securely upload your ID and a selfie for verification purposes.
