This home is located in the Larkspur Neighborhood only a couple of miles to Historical Downtown Crested Butte and about 5 miles to the Ski Resort. You can't get much closer to the Crested Butte Club without being right on the golf course. For you avid hikers, mountain bikers, and dirt bikers you can enjoy multiple trails right out Brush Creek.

As you enter the home you instantly see the perfect place to put your gear from the adventures of the day. Continue entering the home and to the left, you will find the kitchen, dining area, and a large living area with an entertainment center and wood-burning stove(wood not supplied) for the family to kick back and relax. There is also 3/4 bath and a laundry room on the ground floor.

The second floor features all 3 bedrooms and an office area. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and it shares a full bath with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

There is no place to park trailers or vehicles on the street. It is not allowed in the Larkspur Neighborhood. The garage is private to the owner only, guest do not have access to the garage. It is a large driveway with parking for at least 4 vehicles.
