This cozy one-bedroom condo is a perfect spot for a beach getaway with an oversized, private balcony and a fantastic location close to many nearby restaurants. This condo can comfortably sleep 4 people and has 1 queen sized bed and a full-sized sleep sofa, both of which are located in the bedroom. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room, so for two couples you could sleep both couples in the bedroom or one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Other amenities include high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and one unassigned parking space. There are Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. Grab breakfast at very popular Bayside Skillet or go to dinner at Saltwater 75, Ropewalk, and more. You'll love your vacation here!

*Please note, this condo is on the first floor of the building with parking on the main level of the building so you need to go up a flight of stairs. The building does not have an elevator and there is no washer/dryer in the condo.

***Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $90. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
