Great location! Found a sock in the sheets (had to wash them ourselves) and they didn't let us check in until 10 minutes before schedule because the property needed to be 'inspected' so dirty sheets should have been caught. Otherwise, great place to stay!

communication was good, place was a bit outdated in the kitchen. bedrooms were nice, T.Vs in the Bedrooms were outdated, carpet in the Living room was a trip hazard. location was pretty good, approx. 10 min. walk to town.

The location of the condo was very convenient, right by snow king mountain it was great. A lot to do in Jackson, just awfully expensive. The beds were comfortable. The 1 shower was a little tough with a bigger group but it was overall a great stay. I would recommend staying here!

We are happy to report that a recent steam clean was performed to help freshen the carpeted areas, and we will be installing new screen doors this upcoming fall season. The Getaway Girls

It met our needs and was affordable. We moved the doormat as it was a trip hazard. Large living room rug is also a trip hazard and needs replacing. Otherwise a fine place for us.

Poor communication with maintenance

The stay was great had are refrigerator stop working maintenance came to look at didn’t speak English just turned down fridge spent are day out came back fridge was warm but freezer worked great called in on it and the person on the phone said we were supposed to unplug for 24 hrs so we were frustrated to cold to put are full refrigerator of food outside so tried to thaw turned back on bought bags of ice to get cold called again said refrigerator was working phone person said they would deliver mini fridge in an hour 3 hours later we had one delivered that person who delivered fridge was super nice super helpful there was a rug in living room that we tripped on several times told him about that are perfect stay otherwise was disappointed in how the whole refrigerator problem was handled cold
