This is the perfect place to stay in Utah county. Besides being brand new, you find yourself in the best of both worlds—just down the street from vineyard and Orem, 4 miles from UVU and 7 miles from BYU. Just 5 miles from Provo canyon and all that Utah's mountains have to offer . On the other side we have the booming area of American Fork and Lehi Traverse Mountain shopping outlets. 2 minutes from freeway, and close to any restaurant and shopping you could ask for!

We’re in the ideal location for Utah valley weddings, just a few mins away from sleepy ridge events center, and multiple event centers within 5-10 mins away. Let me know where your event is, and I can let you know how close we are.

The large apartment (feels like a full house) has private parking and a private entrance. You’ll have access to a large living room, fullly loaded kitchen, plenty of sleep and play space, tv, fireplace, games and more!

We have another property close by if you’re looking to accommodate multiple families, but also stay near each other.

This is THE place to stay. It is brand new, built with you in mind. We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests, and we would love to take care of you!

We really enjoyed this spacious apartment. The beds and furniture were very cozy and comfortable. The big sectional couch was the perfect place to gather. I enjoyed the rain shower! The laundry set up was convenient as well.

Great stay!

Perfect location as we attended a wedding at Wadley Farms, and it was only 5 mins away. Very very clean and plenty of space for the family to hang out and spread out. The only one small downside was only 1 toilet for 7 people, but we knew that when we booked and it worked out fine. Easy access and our family loved it!

We had a quick stay, but it was a great place all around. Was very clean, roomy and decorated beautifully. The couch was also amazingly comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Was not advertised that this was a basement of a main home. Unable to lock doors to main house from basement apartment side. The doors only locked from main house side. It was chilly and there is not ability to control temperature from apartment. The host did turn temperature up for a little bit in the evening, however it got chilly again about an hour later. It was spacious with four bedrooms, however only one bathroom which made it difficult with number of people staying in the VRBO

Great Location

We traveled to several local cities to attend BYU graduation and meet friends and family, so the location was a great base to return to. It had enough room for our group of four and an additional three visitors overnight who also attended the graduation.

Good place for a larger group

Immediately upon check in we had some issues with cleanliness. I communicated this with the host, who immediately offered to come clean. Unfortunately, I wasn’t comfortable with anyone besides the guests entering the property once all our belongings were there, so I declined.The space was great for our large group of both adults and children. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and lounge.

Great extended stay! Clean and comfortable!

Booked this property for an extended stay to recover after having surgery. Great recovery option since there are no stairs to the basement apartment or inside the apartment. We loved the comfortable beds, huge couch and convenience of the washer and dryer. Although the place sleeps 10, there is only one bathroom , so be aware of that. Everything was very clean and communication with the host was great. She thought of everything we could need during our extended stay. The yard and driveway appear to still be under construction, but that did not affect our stay. Whether you have two or ten people staying here, you’ll be comfortable!

This awesome property in Lindon exceeded all expectations. We have 7 children and everyone had a great space to claim to relax. The location was perfect; offering easy access to BYU events, walkable distance to a fun park, and easy drive to any shopping. The beds and linens were fresh and comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation simple. The sofas were plush and inviting for relaxing evenings settling into a show on available streaming services. Additionally, the clean, modern design added a touch of luxury to the entire experience. Great to have laundry machines during our trip. Alyssa was a great host and had thought of every detail for easy in and out of the property. It is in a peaceful private neighborhood and felt safe and "at home." Highly recommended for a memorable getaway, we hope to make it a traditional escape for our family for years to come.

Great place to stay

My family and my sisters family split this property while we visited northern Utah. We were in town to celebrate our boys' 4th birthday. This was the perfect property for us since we really only needed a place to sleep and eat a few meals. There are four spacious bedrooms. One with a comfortable king sized bed, two with queen sized beds and a kids oriented room with two bunk beds and a couch. The rooms were perfect for all 7 of us staying there. The kitchen comes with a standard sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Utensils and cookware are also available. There is a coffee machine (kcups were not provided but no big deal we dont drink coffee) a waffle macker and an electric griddle. Check is was smooth and easy. The property owner made getting to the front door super easy before we arrived. Overall I am rating this 4 stars due to the sink situation. The sink had a strangle smell towards the end of our 5 day stay (we are very neat people and constantly were doing dishes) Honestly a perfect place to stay for a weekend trip that is very affordable.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. We love the big comfy couch where we could gather. The rooms were accommodating! We also love the tucks away, private entrance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
