The views from the balcony are amazing any time of day, enjoy quiet mornings watching Pelicans in flight as they start their day under the warm tropical sunrise, in the evenings, experience the excitement of looking out to see thousands of glittering lights , The water and light show is like having your own private Fire Works show every night.
The top two floors of Laketown Wharf are penthouse units. Among some of the more luxurious features Poseidon's Penthouse has soaring high ceilings and transom style skylights. This feature adds to the open, light feeling of the condo.
The primary bedroom in Poseidon" Penthouse is a spacious, king size, private suite with balcony access, overhead and task lighting, a 32" smart television and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity. It's a great spot to sneak away and relax. The 2nd bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed also has a variety of light sources and a flat screen television. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are supported by the 2nd full bath. The third bedroom has a window view.
The well appointed kitchen has been stocked to please the discerning cook. The open style includes a granite island where family members or friends can sit to help with KP duty or or feel like they are part of the cook's audience.
