THE PROPERTY
Open living and dining room connects to a fully equipped kitchen with island. Ideal for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests with three bedrooms and a sofa bed. For your convenience two of the bedrooms can be setup with a King bed or split into two Twin XLs to suit your needs. Simply let us know your preferred setup when you book, and we’ll have everything ready for your arrival.

GUEST ACCESS
The rear entry mudroom can store skis, snowboards and is suitable to dry your gear. Secure bike storage is available in the side yard shed. Guests are welcome to use the hose to wash gear after a day of riding.The home has electronic locks, and the shed a combination. The codes will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

The home has a self-contained basement suite with a long-term tenant. You will not be expected to share any space. We kindly ask that you leave him one spot available to park in the back. There is space to park three reasonably sized vehicles in the back of the home accessed from the alley.

Overnight street parking is not permitted during the winter months to due to snow removal operations. If more parking is required, I have some nearby options. Please reach out.

A $450 security deposit in the form of a pre-authorization is required for all bookings. The pre-authorization will occur 24 hours prior to your arrival. For stays over 6 days the full amount will be charged. Then returned 24 hours after check out.
