We absolutely LOVED hosting you and we're thrilled to know that you enjoyed your stay in our historic Pineapple House. Hooray!!!! It's why we do this and why we enjoy sharing this special place -- an oasis of calm and beauty in the middle of a modern big city -- with our guests. It's a very special place, and this apartment is our BIGGEST and BEST so far. Thank you for choosing us for your visit to Denver and for taking a risk on this NEW offering (which has fewer reviews than the 2 other apartments here that we launched first, only because they were smaller and easier to renovate!) This upper floor balcony apartment has turned out even better than we expected. We're TRULY proud parents now, seeing #3 come to life. Please visit us again Christy? Awwwww Karen, thank you SO much for taking the time to leave us a review! We LOVED hosting your family --- and we are super excited to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our Pineapple House! Hooray!!! We agree that the free on-street parking is a trade off. So nice to have it and not have to pay the high prices of paid parking options here in the city, or be limited to only one car, etc (We've had some groups stay in this apartment to use it for family celebrations, engagement parties, birthday parties, reunions, .......with 3+ cars to park, or even an RV once, and another time a U-haul trailer believe it or not! Hahahaha. And in all cases, everyone found spaces for their vehicles)....., BUT sometimes it means driving around the block a few times, or parking a block away. Not for everyone, for sure, and we TOTALLY get that. About the kitchen, yes it IS small and we know it's not going to work for some guests --- so we include lots of photos in the listing. We never want someone to be surprised by it! And we are actually looking at options right now to add a full-size stackable washer-dryer --- so stay tuned on that. We agree with you that it would be a fantastic amenity to add. So nice for families!!! We'll try our best to get that done if the plumbing can be accomplished. TBD for now, as we work with our team to assess and strategize where to put it. We hope you will come back soon and then you can try it out and let us know what you think of our improvements? Big "hugs" from our team with gratitude for taking such good care of our Pineapple House. You left it spotless. We thought you were 6-star+ worthy guests, at least!!! We so appreciate you! :-)
