This family-friendly condo was recently completely remodeled with high-end everything including furniture, appliances, AC and heating systems, smart TVs and offers a spacious layout with all the comforts of home.
The well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances including an induction oven. A bonus eating area with a balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway is also located off the kitchen area on the large, covered balcony that is located off the living room after a sun-soaked day at the beach.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, ceiling fan and large smart tv and has a private entrance to the beachfront balcony. The luxurious spa like master bathroom offers a large jacuzzi tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and is located next to a full bathroom offering a walk-in shower. Thoughtful perks like a full-size washer and dryer and beach gear are provided for your added convenience.

Housekeeping services are only provided upon checking out. Smoking is NOT allowed at any of properties and will result in a fine charged to the guest.
Pets are not permitted at this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: PPI insurance is required for all guests renting with us and will be listed in --/-- Vacations as "other charges" and will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay.
