We had a great stay, really enjoyed this house. You can't beat the view and the house, while starting to show its age, was still comfortable, clean and met all our needs. The pool table and arcade games were a hit and all the beach items we needed were provided and in good condition. If stairs are not your thing, this is not your house. But I'd happily climb them for that view.

Jeff was fantastic with fast responses and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our 4 generations of family and the beach felt private with the public access points further away.

Excellent stay house

Place was clean, it is a little older, but everything was clean and accurate with the vrbo site. Beachfront was great. Game room was definately a plus for the group. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Out the back door, toes in the sand!

The air conditioner worked GREAT at this house. This house is not for anyone with mobility issues because of the stairs. The boys loved the game room and they stayed out in the ocean. It has a hot tub but in July it is a little too warm for that. Everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay. The ceiling fan up in the loft bedroom made loud clicking noises randomly but everything else was great.
The beach is wonderfully uncrowded!
The boys enjoyed playing pool.

Great Family Vacation Home

We are a family of six with a small dog and this house had something for everyone! It is just a few steps to the beach and it is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. When we were not enjoying the beach or heading out to eat, we had fun playing video games and shooting pool. The house was very clean and the owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to get back for another trip soon!

Only the view was great

Pros: Beautiful View from deck Nice Ocean Access Nice TV's, video games, DVD library Cons: Musty smell, outdated all around. Found roaches in house. Large lizard in bedroom. Outside yard area half dead, half overgrown. Furnace closet was filthy, may be why it smelled so dusty/musty Furniture chipped and warped tables. Many outlets not working Overall was not pleased. Expected a really nice home when paying over $3000 for 3 nights, this was not that! Way overcharging for what you get.

Hi Jeanna, we’re sorry the stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the roaches, we have pest control treat every other month and have not had complaints about pests before. Nonetheless, this is a tropical climate and unfortunately pests can crop up from time to time despite active surveillance. Regarding the lawn, we’ve had a dry spell this summer and it has taken its toll on the grass. We’re now t sure what you are referring to regarding the chipped and warped furniture but we will be sure to investigate. Thank you for your constructive feedback and we will strive to improve and deliver 5-star stays.

Good house

The house is a good house for family’s to relax and share time together. Over 100 dvds in the living room, The TVs are all smart with logins. The dining room table turns into a bumper pool table which was mind blowing the to the kids. Video games were initially fun but turned out we’re not used very much. The terminator game had a broken gun, so one player, the air hockey hand stick was missing the felt underneath causing it hard to slide. Things I wish I knew: Grass is dead so no playing in the back yard. Hot tub is nice but heats up to 104, Luke warm It will be to cold in the fall and winter months. The beach is very steep at the beach house; causing the waves to crash hard close to the beach. With a strong under tow the parents got into the water at our knees and were very nervous. We went to a beach 12 miles north, and were able to get into the water and allow the kids to play in the water / sand and ride waves.

Hi Ryan, thanks for the nice review, we're glad you had a good time! Thank you also for your feedback, we will work to fix the arcade game and air hockey stick. Regarding the temperature of the water, hot tubs only go up to 105 F, any hotter is dangerous, but 104 is very hot for most people. I don't think it will be too cold in the fall and winter months. As for the beach, the state is adding more sand soon as it got swept out by the hurricanes, so the beach will soon be extended, but there's still plenty of beach available as it is now. We haven't had any complaints about the undertow before, but obviously conditions can vary depending on the time of the year. Regardless, thanks for staying with us and we hope to have you back again someday!

Wonderful house right in the beach. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub watching the waves roll up on the shore. Everyone loved the game room. Communication with the owner was easy and he provided several recommendations for dining ( we enjoyed the flagler fish company ).
