Dear Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Although we would’ve preferred you share the truth since this is lowest rating the home has received in years. You had asked to be released from your reservation several days early over Christmas week and this was also coincidently when Florida was having record low temperatures. When we declined your request, subsequently the home had roaches. My pest control technician couldn’t find any traces of activity or insects themselves (live/dead). So I’m not certain how or when your interaction with him took place. You also couldn’t provide any evidence of roaches as you claim either and none of our previous guests have mentioned this before. Therefore I urge future guests and hosts not to take your comments to heart. Your motive purely was to leave the home early due to the weather and we have a strict 60 day cancellation policy. Clogged plumbing can happen in any home and I’m glad we were expedient in resolving the challenge for you. So I’m confident that your anamoly of a tale will not impact future guests. We take all comments seriously and guest satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We wish you safe travels in the future.

Hello Traci, Thank you for your comments. As noted in your review, Xfinity had continuous work on the lines throughout the week. We apologize that this impacted your stay, but it was out of our control. We thank you for your comments and wish you safe travels in the future.
