Fantastic stay!We stayed at Marshmallow acres while our son played a week at Dreams Park! The proximity to the park is great! 5 min drive! Downtown Cooperstown is about 10. Super convenient to both! House had everything we needed! Very quiet and peaceful setting! Convenient location and beautiful property

We loved Marshmallow Acres! It is so close to Cooperstown Dreams Park (5 minute drive), so it was really easy to go back to the house for lunch between games, etc. The property is gorgeous. My kids loved playing in the huge yard. They built forts and went fishing in the pond. They loved seeing the horses too. The house was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend! We hope to be back in 3 years when our next boy is 12 :)

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

It's a beautiful location and the big cabin is great. Plenty of room. Very close to Dreams Park. There are a lot of steps in the home though so definitely something to note for anyone that struggles with getting around.

Perfect Spot and Great People

We stayed for a tournament week. Property is beautiful and a calm retreat from the ballpark (which is 4 mins away). Host is very responsive and helpful, as is the couple that lives on the property. Extremely welcoming and friendly but also respectful of your privacy. We definitely would stay again.

Beautiful property

The lodge is perfect for multiple family groups. We had 3 family groups in our party and each had a private floor, bed and bath. It is a beautiful lodge with space to spread out and gather together. Our pooch enjoyed his vacation also - lots of outdoor space to explore. It was a great relaxing time - 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. We would book again.

My wife and I and our two kids (19 and 22) stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The house is lovely--3 bedrooms and an extra bed, 3 baths. The hosts were great! Son lives on the property and was very helpful in recommending hikes nearby. We would love to go back!

Undermarketed

This is a beautiful and charming farm house remarkably convenient to Dreams Park and a pleasant 20 minute drive to AllStar Village. Derek and Sarah the caretakers live in a separate building on the 15 acre property and are extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at “fanncy” houses on the lake but Marshmallow was in many ways more enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing and definitely more convenient if your in town for the baseball tournament. Our two dogs did not want to leave. They had so much fun on the trails and large lawn and nearby pond. Definitely two thumbs up and I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone.

Gorgeous home - wonderful family trip - great hosts!!

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous 3 level home during mid-march -- we were hoping for snow and we sure got it!! My kids had a blast sledding down the front hill and even though we got more snow than we expected (42" inches!), we had a blast indoors playing board games and watching movies on the satellite tv! We enjoyed the cabin feel with lots of modern amenities. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating as we had some unique needs as we stayed at the house during a rare blizzard -- they stayed in touch with us and make sure we were well taken care off! This home is great for a very large family or 2 families with kids -- the kitchen was gorgeous and there is plenty of room to cook, eat and visit! The town is very charming with some great restaurants and unique things to do. I would highly recommend this property, location and hosts for a great family getaway.

Will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect property and experience during our visit to Cooperstown for our sons baseball tourney. The owner was SUPER quick to respond and everything you need is there! Lots of towels, linens, everything you need in the kitchen including paper towels and toilet paper! The animals on the property were also enjoyable :) A view of the horse pasture from every window and chickens in the coop were a favorite of my two and eight year old. A wonderful retreat, super close to the Dreams Park, that’s gave my other two sons something to look forward to. Groundskeeper, Derik, was most helpful and offered to help us with starting grill, offered to start a fire pit fire for us and even offered tours of the barn and coop. He let us know about the walking trails on the property and taught my very intrigued boys about newts and other types of wildlife we don’t typically see in Georgia. Thanks, again, Marshmallow Heaven!!!! 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic property

The property was awesome. We were In town for a baseball tourney and I brought my wife, kids and parents. The home was super spacious, private and the location superb for our events. Will look to stay here again. The owners and staff helped fix and maintain anything we needed right away (nothing big) appreciate you allowing us in your home and look forward to the next visit. :-)
