Experience Kelleys Island in comfort and style. The KI Lake Shack is a newly built 3bed/2bath, 1400sf ranch on a quiet street on the southeast side of the island.
The living room has a large sectional sofa, recliner, and barstools at the breakfast bar. The dining table has room for 8 in the kitchen. All 3 bedrooms have king size premium mattresses, down comforters, and feather pillows as well as poly fill. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, one has an extra large shower and the other has a shower/tub combo. Hair dryers and curling/flat irons are provided.
The house has central AC and electric furnace with a gas fireplace for extra coziness in the colder months. This property has well water that is treated by a professionally installed water filter system for quality and convenience. The washer and dryer is located in the laundry room.
The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances along with a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, ninja blender, air popper, instant pot, hand blender, immersion blender, kitchenaid stand mixer, and can opener. There are multiple utensils, cookie sheets and casserole dishes. The pantry contains all the spices and seasonings you could need for a gourmet dinner.

The fully fenced backyard has a fire pit with plenty of lawn chairs. The gas grill offers you a great chance to barbecue while watching the game on the outdoor TV. Have your meal outside on the covered patio at the 8 person dining table.
