Enjoy this spacious-appealing home. It has 1 roomy, relaxing bedroom equipped with 1 queen bed, comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a relaxing, comfortable stay on a low budget.

Free, safe parking available at the end of the Lockhart St and Lehigh Ave. From 9-5 parking in front of the building is metered. Street parking is free from 5 pm to 9AM

No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.

We ask that guests skip the parties during their stay — we want everyone to feel comfy and relaxed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.

To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.

** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.

**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
-Wash and put away all dishes
-Toss all food into the garbage
-Take the trash out to the outside bins
