The complex receives regular pest control treatments, and we'll be sure to pass your comments along so they can pay extra attention to the area. We also appreciate you letting us know about the front door lock. The salt air can certainly take its toll on exterior hardware, and we'll have our maintenance team inspect it. Regarding the late-night noise, this is a very popular complex, especially during peak season, and security is on-site during weekend evenings to help address disturbances. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can notify security if issues arise. Thank you again for your feedback. It's also wonderful to hear the home was clean and that the A/C kept everyone comfortable after your long drive. We do apologize that your home wasn't quite ready upon arrival. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and we strive to have every property ready as close to that time as possible. Occasionally, a home may need a little extra attention to ensure it meets our cleanliness standards, and we appreciate your patience. We're also happy to share that the pool slides have since been repaired and are back open for guests to enjoy!
