Beautiful one bath one bedroom unit sleeps up to four comfortably. Full kitchen, open floor plan for living and dining area. King bed.
Lanai that hosts views of the Jolly Bridge and south pool and spa. Great to sit and enjoy sunrises, passing yachts and boats alike!
Located in the waterfront Riverside Club which boasts two community heated pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, BBQ area, tennis and pickleball courts.
Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, boat/bike rentals, fishing pier, and entertainment venues.
Includes a designated covered parking spot!
PARKING REGISTRATION FEE: $30, payable at the resort office upon arrival

Perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gemütlich maritim eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, hatten sogar Delfine "vor der Haustür".Die Vermieter Arlene und Dan sind ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Tips zu Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir haben haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

Perfect Getaway

We have been vacationing on Marco Island for almost 20 years. This condo at Riverside has become a favorite for many reasons! It's gorgeous, clean, quiet & the owners are fantastic to work with. We highly recommend this unit.

Marco Island One Week Stay

Great stay in a beautiful renovated corner condo overlooking the Marco Island waterway. Place was clean and in great shape with all the needed amenities included making the stay easy and smooth. Great and helpful communication with owner both before and during our stay. Added bonus was daily visits from dolphins in the Harbour. We would highly recommend for a one week stay.

Wonderful week

Wonderful place in far less crowded part of the island but still close to anything you may want. Coffee on the lanai watching the sun come up and all the boats heading out was a real treat and will be missed. The pool and jacuzzi were great in the afternoons, and tons to explore both on and off the island. The hosts were so friendly and had great tips too. We hope to be back!

Beautiful and well apointed.

Unit is beautiful, clean and well appointed. Upon our arrival, we were extremely impressed. Def one of the nicest decorated unit in this complez and oir family owns one here too. Everything you need is here. View is gorgeous right over the pool and intercostal. Very clean and comfortable. Owner is easy to contact and communication was the best. I highly reccomend you book it you will not regret it.

Beautiful property!

We've stayed at Riverside several times - and this was our favorite property. The owner was fabulous, friendly and very easy to work with - as was the staff at Riverside. The only downside was that the elevators near the property were inoperable (at one point all three were down) but because of our awesome location we did not have to walk far or be inconvenienced like several of the other folks. I would highly recommend this condo and hope it's available next year!

Perfection!

It was just me for one night & I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The condo is so clean, stocked & cozy. Bed was comfy and even took a snooze on the balcony couch. Communication was seamless. The view is perfect & it’s so quiet. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful week here. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor is so nicely done too. Watching the sunrise from the screened in lanai was a highlight! The location is ideal. Walk to restaurants, Rose Marina, or take a walk looking at the gorgeous homes of Marco. Can’t wait to come back and hope to book the same place! The hosts are responsive and such nice people. Thank you!

Quiet relaxation

Riverside Club is very nice property. Mostly quiet and on the water. Nice pools and interesting river traffic. This unit is comfortable and furnished nicely. Fairly recent renovation with fully furnished kitchen and nice bathroom and full streaming tv setup. The unit is second floor and feels like you are in the water

We stayed here for 3 days while visiting Marco. The condo is well appointed (nicely stocked kitchen, great linens) and very comfortable/quiet. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee! We would stay again in a heartbeat!
