Peace and Tranquility with a hot tub, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

A beautifully furnished alpine style holiday lodge with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms nestled in the picturesque Tamar Valley an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it is a short drive from the expanse of Dartmoor or the beaches on the North and South coasts of Cornwall. Included in your stay is unlimited access to the indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, the gym and tennis courts as well as the hot tub which is for our guests use only. All bed linen and towels are provided.
There is also a bar and restaurant and small shop on site. We welcome pets and provide dog bed, bowls & towels

The lodge has an upside down arrangement with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and a comfortable lounge diner on the upper floor along with a fully equipped kitchen.

Last year we refurbished both bathrooms completely and upgraded the kitchen.
The kitchen includes, hob, oven, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and espresso coffee machine.
In the lounge there is a large screen TV with Freeview, Netflix and DVD player is complemented by an X Box with games and a large selection of DVDs for you to watch. Downstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. There is a TV with Freeview and built in DVD players in each bedroom. The extended balcony accessed from the lounge is south facing allowing you to soak up the sun all day long relaxing in the large comfy chairs. On the lower deck is a hot tub for up to 6 people providing a great place to unwind.
The lodge now has free unlimited Wi-Fi

Dog beds, bowls and towels
For the younger members of the family we provide a stair gate, a travel cot and a high chair, there is even a tub of toys to keep them entertained.
At the rear of the lodge is a Bike Rack where you can chain your bikes up, it will hold three bikes, dont forget to bring your bike locks!
